I will now explain the whole riddle since you didn't give an explanation.
My last name has a nice look, - Beau means "nice" and regard means "look" in French and it is the ringmaster's last name.
I can sense the fear that from you I took. -He's a demon and those are very very scary. :3
You can earn my things with your own skill,
It's not something you can just steal. -You can earn his clothing only by doing the circus attractions, you can't just buy them.
Hint #1:

Okay this hint was a bit sophisticated. You were supposed to look for the capital letters ONLY, the numbers are there to make things complicated. If you were to search for the capital letters you'd get MARSUCRICFMD.
Now if you read the hint itself, it says CENTER, and that you'd find him/her there. Also it says to "come from behind" aka read it backwards. Hence the SUCRIC, which is in the center of the whole thing, becomes "CIRCUS". Also, the fact the ringmaster always stays in the center of the circus is another hint for him.

Did the first clue suck?
Are you puzzled and stuck?
Look for the right letters and you will be in luck.
Just don't forget to read the clue itself, there you will find some help.
