Great job of figuring that out! Though the first sentence of the riddle meant for both the lake where you get it from the lady, and the fact you can get it when you reach a certain spot of the merlins crystal quest.

Well.. to be fair she gives it to you either way . As she is the beggar asking for food in Port sarim! and its just re-obtained from her actual spawn spot by Taverly.

Also! If that answer was incorrect I was going to be upset with the subjectiveness of "special" .
