Fairy Wand?

You can gain me while you are in three - Fairy Tale III - Orks Rift.

When you're done I will flee - You cannot keep the Fairy Wand after the quest is done.

You can use me to travel - Fairy wand can also be used as Dramen staff.

And heal patches with me in the battle - You prevent patches to become diseased when fighting against Fairy Godfather and his orks, whilst healing your own Ork statues.

Am I right, or am I right??

Uhm, if its not an item I think I got it, but I still think it might be a wild goose chase.

Mos Le'Harmless (The island itself)

Lobsters are a must, but don't forget to complete your quest.
You have to kill a giant lobster, but this is just a step to complete the Ghost Ahoy quest. Which is a prerequisite for gaining access to the island.

You can find me in a far away place,
Mos Le'Harmless is pretty far away I guess...

But don't worry, the monsters are harmless!
I can't say the monsters aren't harmless, but they reside in Mos Le'Harmless, therefore harmless(ian)?

I might be wrong :s
