I am a bit puzzled, because I definitly remember that I had 70, max. 76 CB at that time.

Was that without summoning? I had a friend who had high summoning. Without his summoning he was under level 80. But with summoning he was level 88. He had quest cape. I actually coached him on how to win dream mentor and do the Knight's Wave.

yes but that takes 4+ years of solid dedication and playing as long as possible.

With microtransactions, you could easily have a 5.4B account in under a month (pretty sure there's a limit to keys you can buy?) @Chee__RS
