Something being "too rare" is very different to something being "RNG". You started with RNG comments, and then you backpedalled to rarity.
OP is complaining about the Time Gate - not the RNG, nor is he directly complaining about the rarity. He's not asking for it to be any more common or less, he's asking for the Time gating to be removed.
If you're gonna swing by with the dismissive attitude at least have the sense to read and understand the thread's OP.
