I thought I was, but Wiki tells me it only applies if you have the set in your POH fancy dress box.

I have been thieving for about 6 hours total and I can't get a single piece of the Musician's outfit. I have gone so far as to remove my fancy dress box, I have searched my entire bank and Diango. I don't have ANY of the pieces and I can't get them from thieving. I know for a FACT I don't ANY of them. I am talking to a friend that just got an entire set in 10 minutes. This outfit has to be glitched. I am seriously irritated right now. I've gotten 6 hard clues and 6 elites (both rare) and the Musician's outfit is also supposed to rare...

Edit: I did finally get the top after 1.4m thieving xp. That is honestly way too much for a single item.
