To be honest I don't remember if this reset task streak but back in 2008 when Smoking Kills came out I know they lost track of your current Slayer task - so your counter might only be from 2008-now if that's the case, so you may have even more tasks @Chee__RS

yeah we all lost our tasks because of some weird restriction they had in making Slayer Points a thing, IDR what the issue was but all the Slayer Masters said something along the lines of like 'sorry but we lost track of your current assignment' yadayada lol @Chee__RS

Smoking Kills was released in the Spring or Summer of 2008. Yes there was a glitch, with the quest, if you still needed to do a task while doing the quest, your task got lost and you had to get another. Also you had to do 3 tasks, after completing the quest, before you could get points.

Cool. I knew I would find somebody with more than me. Just that I am not even close to 200mil exp yet. Like I said, a lot of low level tasks and , in the old days, you were lucky if you did 100k exp in a day.


God yeah I remember them days, had about 100m xp before eoc, then bam it became super fast.

Even after eoc many people weren't going for 200m slay yet, at least i don't remember it being that way. But it did become somewhat faster xp however, we didn't have crazy fast high xp monsters. I think those came out more around elf city era. I'm glad i got my rank when it still meant something.
