I consider the skill insanely slow. Only reason a bunch have 200m is lockdown everyone playing 10+ hours a day. Its only fast with tony's + bis perks.

Hey if you got gp you just buy the material and restore the artifacts. Higher level artifacts are crazy experience. Yes, I know I am only level 87. But I am too busy to play much.
