Pirates Finale, Grandmaster Quest, Pieces of Hate - Reward Design (CLICK HERE)

My suggestion ;) (page 11 in the link)

The new mysterious pirate from the Eastern Lands could introduce us to a new Player Owned Ports crew member:
Mos Le'Harmful Merchant

Possible stats:
750 Combat, 0 Morale/Seafaring, Merchant trait +35% (Shield region tier)

Comparison to current best merchant in Ports, Terracotta Merchant (TCM):
650 Morale, 0 Combat/Seafaring, Merchant trait +33% (Loop region tier)

Mos Le'Harmful Merchant
wouldn't replace TCM entirely, since TCM would still be extremely useful endgame in any voyage that requires Morale, but not Combat - TCM would still have multiple niche uses (Morale-only, Morale/Seafaring, and certain Morale/Combat/Seafaring voyages). TCM would also be unlocked earlier, in the Loop region (7th zone), while
Mos Le'Harmful Merchant
would be unlocked after Pieces of Hate grandmaster quest and in the Shield region (8th zone).

===== Section 16: Random Events 1: Introduction =====
Whenever a ship successfully returns from a voyage, there is a chance that the player will receive a random event. Failed voyages have an extremely low chance of obtaining a random event.

The chance of getting a random event is higher for voyages that take a longer time (ex: successful voyages in the Shield Region for trade goods have the highest chance).

You may only receive 1 random event in a "day".
The 24 hours between 00:00 game time and the next 00:00. However, you can have a random event waiting from previous days, do that event, check a ship, receive another random event, then do that for 2 events back-to-back. Theoretically, if the time was close to the next day, say 23:50, you could check another ship after the day passes, get another random event, then do that for 3 random events in quick succession. However, the max of 1 random event obtained per "day" will always apply.

A pop-up message in the chat box will alert the player, who will then be able to play a short minigame to earn rewards which can be used in the port. Rewards include special effects that can be applied to voyages, extra voyage or crew rerolls, and the ability to reroll adventurers or visiting captains for hire.

Depending on which event is received, the player can trigger the minigame by talking to:
1. Felix the Black Marketeer to play A Simple Favor
2. Surula The Barmaid to play Last Orders
3. Seasinger Umi to play Helping Hand

The player will be reminded that they have a minigame available by a yellow minigame icon appearing above the appropriate person's head and on the minimap.

To max chances of getting random event, check your ships one by one, do not check them in quick succession without exiting all interfaces in between. Also, play any random event before checking ships.

===== Section 8: Completionist Cape Tips =====
=== Completionist Cape Requirements ===
- Collecting all scroll pieces for the Reefwalker's Cape.
- Complete 1 of the 4 possible trio storylines (Quin, Hyu-Ji, Eastern Curiosities, or Guardians of the World). Trimmed Completionist is all 4 trio storylines.
See Section 32: Requirements & Rewards 2: Trio Storylines for details.

=== Tips ===
1. Send out as many adventurers as possible that you do NOT need on voyages. Do NOT check their voyages, leave them their forever until you get your trio voyage. This works even better if you send out duo adventurers you do NOT need on voyages.
2. Build 1 icon of each of the 3 adventurers that you do need.
3. Build Ostentatious Bar in the Shield region (Luxurious Bar in Pincers region).
4. Do every random event (Barmaid, Seasinger Umi, Marketeer) you get for chance at adventurer reroll. You may get a max of 1 random event per Runescape "day".
See Section 16: Random Events 1: Introduction for details.

5. Do Motherlode Maw (Dragonkin) daily for chance at Player-Owned-Ports enhancers.
6. Exchange 10 Crystal motherlode shards daily with Wythien for chance at Player-Owned-Ports enhancers.
7. Exchange unfocused reward enhancers with Wythien for Player-Owned-Ports enhancers.

The highest chance of getting trio voyage at reset/adventurer reroll can be achieved with 7 adventurers stuck on ships (3 duo voyages and 1 single voyage). In this case, the chance of trio is (6/8)*(4/6) = 24/48 = 1/2 (50% chance of trio voyage at reset).
See Section 36: Adventurer Icon Mechanics for details.

The final (3rd) trio story voyage for Guardians of the World (Exile/Memory/Tengu) also requires that you have 6,000,000 distance and unlocked the island Exile's Point (Kharidian Exile crew).

===== Section 32: Requirements & Rewards 2: Trio Storylines =====
Always use Jade Merchant (+30%) or Terracotta Merchant (+33%) on the finale (3rd) trio voyage to maximize rewards. Use Fortune of the Sea effect for +10% more rewards.

You can always repeat the trio voyages in the future if you fail or partially succeed (20% of the rewards are gotten for partial success - but you can redo again in the future!).

=== Quin ===
Assassin & Occultist & Whaler trio voyages
#1: 11.5K Morale and Seafaring
#2: 20K Morale
#3: 12K MCS [Base Reward: 50 Ancient Bones + 50 Chi Globes]

=== Hyu-Ji ===
Biologist & Convict & Missionary trio voyages
#1: 20K Morale
#2: 10K MCS
#3: 12K MCS [Base Reward: 50 Plate + 50 Lacquer]

=== Eastern Curiosities ===
Architect & Chef & Trapper trio voyages

#2: 20K Combat
#3: 12K MCS [Base Reward: 50 Pearls + 50 Koi Scales]

=== Guardians of the World ===
Exile & Memory & Tengu trio voyages
#1: 12.5K Morale and Seafaring [Reward: 1 Gemstone Kaseki]
#2: 30K Morale [Reward: 1 Tengu Tsuba]
#3: 18K MCS [Base Reward: 50 Plate + 50 Chi Globes]

- Merchant trait and Fortune of the Sea has no effect on increasing the amount of Gemstone Kaseki or Tengu Tsuba won.
