Im gonna read this more than once, so much information not understanding alot. But how do i unlock "the assasin" and cyclosis, need both to finish all miniquest of the arc.


Edit: so when i click port management it says i cant use it since i didnt unlock the skull region :p so i guess im still in the arc region. I have " a friend indeed" voyage should i go in that?

Unlock the Assassin? Since you posted on HLF, you are at least maxed (thus having 90 Slayer for Assassin).

Do you mean you have never met the Assassin in Player Owned Ports before? You should see her at reset then... is this your first time with Ports?

Cyclosis, in the Arc region, you'll see a standard voyage called "Cyclosis", successfully complete and you are done.

For standard voyages, you are looking for "Cyclosis".

For special voyages, you are looking for "Meet the Assassin".

yes i have 99 slayer :P and i went in there couple of times did a voyage i think but didnt know what im doing, so u can say its my first time
