Kags oh great and wise one. I have 6mill miles on port have completed everything send voyages every day and done ports daily since day one but do not have Gift of gu voyages and outfit. I have spoken to him, given chimes but nothing. Where am i going wrong?

3 Tengu Icons and 4 Map Tables?

If you ever do get the Tengu Clue voyage, speak to him upstairs in the bar and give him 25K (enter 25 in keyboard) before sending him off for the voyage.
