Hello guys,

I'd like to ask again about the captains of ports. I finally reached the last region and now I am able to get the best captions, however I got few questions:

Sometimes when I buy captain it already has traits and some of them are even negative ones, So can I somehow replace current captain trait with better one?

Another question: In Shield region it says you have to get best tier captain with +4% trait, does that mean 4 different traits of 1% or I'm just not getting any of these rare 4% ones?
