I used (elite, non-superior) void with all 3 styles+helms(>bandos/arma warpriest)
Bandos/Armadyl warpriest boots
Tohkaar-kal (any type should work fine)
Zaryte (t80 2h range but royal w/ dbane faster/cheaper)
Chaotic staff (t80 2h mage)
Drygores (t90 dw melee)
Attacker insignia (this is weaker than elements/cruelty but works on all combat styles - use this or elements/magic scrims)
Fero ring
Dragon rider ammy
No aura (forgot to activate it, didn't realise 'til I'd finished
Any combat one would help, mage dps ones especially)
All 3 lvl95 Curses+SS
All 3 tendril thresholds
2 doses ovl/renewal/super antifire, 3-5 adrenaline doses, 5+ doses super prayer (take extra in case of sapping glacor), dreadnips, blood runes, fire runes, steel titan scrolls. Darklight(<holy water) for TDs. 5+ sharks or better, best thing to dump in extra space alongside a bit of extra prayer regen.
Blood barrage spell; titan scrolls are only really needed for TDs (range), and dreadnips should be used on TDs too (melee); dreadnips also aid speeding up kills in general, use on whatever you feel is slow (Kalgerions, airuts, automatons..)
TDs: darklight/holy water+any ability to drop shield..use mage+dreadnip+titan specs for the rest to kill fast.
Wyrms: 3 thresholds or sonic wave+breath+other basics if on CD
Muspah: thres/basics.
Ganos/Jadinkos: AoE ability spam - early sunshine too for ganos ideally.
Kalgerions: quick sunshine+adren pot or just spam thresholds depending on adrenaline.
Glacor: focus enduring (mustn't be last to die), use aoe spells, thres spam on glacor if available - unstable>sapping last, but if you have spare prayer regen either is fine.
Automatons: Melee tracers, mage the other 2 types, sunshine useful if no tracers.
Airut: Melee. tendrils+assault/destroy 1, flurry combo counter+assault/destroy the other - if neither use their spec it may be a little slow.
Celestials: Range. antifire+3x thres, basic after if it doesn't quite die.
Eat/switch to mage during death anims.

I tried your guide and while I got some incremental improvement, seems near impossible to do the platinum challenge
Best I did was bronze 17 waves, silver 16 waves, gold, 14 waves, platinum 13 waves
The challenge is damn near impossible
If you take a screenshot of your equipment/inventory/action bar; it will help me seize the issue

I'm struggling even with the new changes to familiars. Hoping someone finds some miracle method that cuts this down although I can tell it's also luck of what monsters you meet up with in the Rush of Blood. Personally I'd like to see less Airuts & Glacors.
Using this guide really helped. I was on the verge of completing it today, but alas couldn't kill the last Jadinko. Will try again later.
