Inherent Powers:

Interdimensional Spellbook:
Requirement: Full completion of the Vault of Dimensions and the Bookshelves within the Library
Cost: None, except for teleports using Drakan’s Medallion and Passage of the Abyss which will need blood runes and fortunate components to repair respectively. Teleports involving books in the library will require the consumable items to recharge them when used up.
Effect: Unlocks a separate set of teleport spells within Normal, Lunar and Ancient Magicks Spell books. Note that while teleports from Luck of the Dwarves will be added to the Interdimensional Spell book under the magic tab, it will not provide tier 4 luck effects. That is provided only if the ‘Relic Power’ at the monolith is attuned to Hand of Glory (Luck of the Dwarves).

Diplomatic Interpreter:
Requirement: Full completion of the Vault of Diplomacy
Cost: None
Effect: Ability to speak to camels, cats, ghosts, cabbages, crocodiles, monkeys and also persuade NPCs as if the player is wearing a Ring of Charos (a).

Conservational Environmentalist:
Requirement: Full completion of the Vault of Environment
Cost: None, except every time an effect relating to a piece of jewellery activates, that piece of jewellery loses a charge and will need copies of itself to repair in their respective vaults. Grace of the Elves is exempt from this but will need porters to recharge it instead when it ports a player’s items.
Effect: Gain the ability of all the jewellery within the Vault of Environment except the ability to communicate with Nature amulet, which will instead reduce the chance of all non-herb farming patches becoming diseased. Players also gain the effects of Grace of the Elves whose teleport locations can be attuned via right clicking on the case it is sitting in. Also, its porter effects can be toggled here. Grace of Elves teleport added to the Interdimensional Spell book only if that is unlocked.

Keeper of the Reliquary:
Requirement: Full completion of the Reliquary Vault
Cost: None
Effect: All achievement task item effects are active at all times. Ectoplasm, enchanted lyre and all achievement task item teleports are added to the Interdimensional Spell book only if that is unlocked. Emotes usable only with certain achievement task items are added to the emotes tab.

Monolith

As well as allowing players to change their relic powers, the monolith is also used to recharge players’ artifact powers. This is done by offering chronotes to the monolith at a rate of 10 chronotes : 1 charge, in addition to repairs needed for degradable items within the museum.

Other Areas:

Main Gate

Ticket Booth
Beside the main gate sits a ticket booth which collects chronotes from visitors who spectate your personal collection twice a week during the weekends. Each visitor will pay an average of 2 chronotes (I say average due to age admission fees) and the number of visitors you have per week is proportional to the number of artifacts within the museum plus the number of paintings you have on the ground floor in the Art Gallery. As owner of the museum, you have the right to collect all chronotes from the ticket booth after paying 50k gp for maintenance upkeep of the museum. You don’t need to pay this if you don’t want to, but you will not be able to receive chronotes until you do.

Guardhouse
The guardhouse is essential to keep order within the museum and keep out potential thieves from stealing your collection. But don’t worry! He’s very good at his job. (Hopefully) so there is no need to worry about his guard duty. However, to earn your favour, the guard will give you a lucky charm once a month (This can be reset with monthly DnD tokens). The lucky charm must be used within the month or it will expire and will not stack in inventory or in bank. This charm can be carried in the inventory when trying to get rare item drops or item component drops that can be stored in the museum, excluding quest items. The effect is 100% chance of triggering on any mob or boss of any difficulty. Drops received with this token will be non-tradable and cannot be augmented or even equipped. As for component drops such as orb of anima, it cannot be used to make a regular telos related weapon but can only be combined with other Telos drops received with lucky charms to make an artifact version of the weapon solely for your museum.

Art Gallery

Players can store one of every painting from their archaeological digs and paintings they buy from Sir Renitee in Falador to increase visitor count.

Rewards:
Stocking the cafeteria can be done at any time, but chronotes can only be collected from the server once a week at a weekly charge of 20k gp. The amount of chronotes the player receives depends on the number of customers who dine in at the cafeteria and the type of main course, dessert and drink ordered (Each customer will order 1 of each unless 1 or 2 of the 3 did not satisfy an order). The number of diners will be 5-10% of the total number of visitors in the museum. The server will also provide a report detailing what each customer ordered and whether his request for an item was out of stock. Players are given the option to receive this as a physical note and if their inventories are full they will be asked to relieve some of his items before asking again.

An example would be, customer orders Tangled Toad’s Legs, Choc-ice and Tea.
If you stocked up on Tangled Toad’s Legs Premade only, Choc-ice, chimp-ice and no tea, you will receive:
For Tangled Toad’s Legs Premade: Less chronotes than Tangled Toad’s Legs
For choc-ice: The chimp-ice gets sold first and you receive more chronotes than normal choc-ice.
For tea: No chronotes as you are out of stock.

Souvenir Store
Considering items cannot be retrieved from a display case inside the museum’s vaults, some players might miss showing their gear off to the public without having to pay for or work towards gear again. This is what the souvenir shop is for. At a onetime cost of 1 dragon keepsake key per item within your museum’s vault, you can unlock options to buy a cosmetic token override of your own items in the museum.

Each token costs a set amount of chronotes to purchase after unlocking with a dragon keepsake key depending on the tier of the item and is even tradable. Players can also change the colour and/or ornamentions of the overriding armour token by handing in the items that can cause such changes to the applicable gear to the souvenir shop attendant for every token they want dyed/ornamented. If you have put a dyed or ornamented piece of equipment in a vault, the first token of that dyed or ornamented piece of gear will not require said dye or ornament when purchasing with chronotes.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is the end of my idea. Thank you all for your patience. You may now post! :)
