Could we please have the unlimited thread and needle changed to "increased gathering rate of harmonic dust?"

Having unlimited needle is not too needed considering how cheap it is. However, if the perk was instead increased gathering rate of harmonic dust, than it would be more useful to the person with the cape.

Gemcutting is the main perk - Infinite thread was just kept as an QoL extra, since it was the wish of the community when Jagex asked for feedback for the new perks. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
