@Alan, I'm not sure how exactly accurate the smithing brawlers is. It appears to be almost spot on, just off by a few tens of thousands of exp.

It appears he is NOT using raf or bxp, so the equation is:

base*4*(1+outfit)*(1+forge)*(1+avatar)

Which comes out as 9701.12 exp

With raf + bxp, should be:
base*4*(1+raf)*(1+outfit)*(1+forge)*(1+avatar) + base*(1+raf)*4

Or 19471.232 exp

8,450,514.688 / smith glove

I'm at about 100M since the release of Batch 2 (which was both the nerf of brawler rates and the introduction of half the clans). I just received my first pair of Agility brawlers.

At the rate of Rev brawler drops and the Thieving rate (outside of actually going for 120 Thieving): are brawlers in general just a waste of time to acquire?

With how rare brawlers are post batch 2 and how fast thieving is w/ traders + crystal mask idt its really worth it too much.

The current method I have is with ceremonial swords. A more accurate up to date method is

8558(base)*1.5(outside wildy)*(1+raf)*(1+outfit)*(1+ava)*(1+shield) + 8558(base)*(1+raf)*1.5
This yields 30,779 xp / charge @ 434 charges 13,358,389 / gloves, slower but more xp than visages. @RSNAlan

Better to just do slayer and hope for a brawler rdt instead of wasting time with revs imo.

They do!

The key is to switch between brawlers and first age bracelet via action bar to avoid the smaller xp drops and only use brawlers on first and last drops.

That is actually nice, 1% respect = 10k smith exp, even including boosts I think.

Bonus package cost 100% respect per and grants 50k smithing bxp. 13.3m = 1330% respect, 650k smith bxp.

So it ups the 13,358,389 exp/glove to 14,008,389 exp/glove theoretically if you don't have 90m smithing bxp already.


I believe you can make 60 swords per hour, so 7.23 hours/glove = 1,936,643 smith exp/h.

Visages are 3.7m exp/h but there's definitely cost factor to consider.
