Ouch, good luck on killing 100% enraged Telos, I barely just got one kill for comp, but that's because I'm pretty poor at PvM :( .

P3: I run at the wrong side of the red beam, I anticipate too early/late, I misclick on golem/beam/telos, resonance too early/late, I get pushed out of beam, I can't see his attack when I'm running around, etc.

Once I get past 100% I can't survive p3, I make too many mistakes. I have everything writed down, I've learned the mechanics, I've watched a TON of video's, etc. I'm just not 18 anymore, My reflexes suck hard and I don't know why but I start lagging once in p3. I'm over 40+ deaths and I wonder how much longer I'll take the time to waste money and sups there.

I finally get at p5 after 50+ deaths but once there, I don't have enough food...

This is the most stupid req ever (after the debatable cw-req). I wonder if they even have an idea of how realistic this is for normal people.

So far, even a leech at raids wouldn't have cost me that much, this pisses me off big time!

I recommend reso gielinor and tank the stun hit with devo/debilitate. Yes, you lose heals, but it's much safer and easier than timing surge to negate the gielinor spec.

Ignore my post if you already do it my way, cbf reading 5 pages.

I've done my 100% without any shield, i just used freedom and ran away the stomps. I used +/- 12 super saradomin brew flasks, rocktail soups, bonfire.

I tried to start p3 with 100% adren so that i could stand in the red beam and use tresholds to get him down quick, i tried to keep my hp high at all times so i could tank any damage things.

I sometimes let telos run into the red bar to make the engage thing go to the middle, killed a few minions aswell.

On p5 i just played it the safe way and killed the minions next to the thing, then just slowly got telos down i think it took me 2 minion spawns for it. However i've recently been watching people killing telos and onslaught in the yellow beam seems to work perfect, try that route if you can.

If you're still struggling with phase 3, you can just focus more on doing the negating damage rather than focusing on getting past it asap. First, avoid the red beam at all costs, only use it if telos is already in the beam and you're just preventing him from soaking it. The extra damage from it is not worth it in your case because it will charge up the special too much on a misstep. Second, keep your adrenaline high, it might seem counter intuitive, but if you're struggling with the red beam you can barricade/reflect the shock waves that do a ton of damage. Third, focus on making sure the minions stay dead, the lower you can keep the bar the better, the low-charge effect isn't really a problem so don't worry about the red part on the left side of the bar.
If you're still struggling with it you can just shield-camp it. Tanking or resing the gielinor attack, and using devotion 2-3 attacks after the gilenor attack then using freedom to get out of the stun would be your best bet.

tips for p3: Max dps gear use onslaught in the red beam, should trigger phase without doing much more. (at 100% enrage and below)

tips for p5:
1.kill minions first
2.cleans your over-time damage in the correct beam color
3.run to adren beam, dps.
4.immortality the 1 hit bomb, don't bother charging the shield orbs!

tips for whole fight: if you get a full res[no pray melee] off every "come here adventurer!" you shouldn't use any food the whole fight

I never use Onslaught cos I'm too scared I'll kill myself...

Do you mean "Hold still, Invader"? Can I use resonance on the second part of that attack? Isn't it typeles damage?
