it should be common sense, but... apparently thats its own oxymoron.
"censorship" is not "opinion leading."
the whole point of having player moderators is that they lead opinions, right?
so... tuffty posting something like a few words praise or condemnation is worth a LOT more than if tuffty simply stated "you are censored" after hiding some posts.
the whole point of a "community" team is to win hearts and minds, right?
pretend to have heard feedback and been thankful for it. at rsof, twitter, facebook, reddit, etc.
now -if- there is a look from Jagex's legal counsel about the way
CDA 230
works
so that you no longer want to be BOTH the publisher and the newstand
responsible for our content... that'd mean you're about to throw all of rsof away, and honestly... I'm for it. Do it. Burn rsof. Its good for the game. I liked writing here, in HLF, hidden from public view where Jagex wasn't so much publishing my feedback, but I do not like the publically visible or hashed by google rest of rsof, and if we have to just lose both, then so be it.

^ thats how it works in america, so I imagine the laws for the UK are even more complex. I think jagex needs to review now before you go replacing all the fired community team personnel. Now is not a good time to hire players, interested parties, or UBB experts. Get people who do want to just clock 40 hrs a week of "thank you for your feedback" at 3rd party social media.
I have quit rsof because moderator found comments about darklight bonus damage on demons "off topic" for wildy flash mobs full of demons
