This is my current progress lol
I've hit that point where everything takes forever to get a single level in and I'm totally demotivated to do anything because maxing is so boring :x

I'm 1.1b xp and not maxed lol, I don't care at all about max so I don't see any reason to. There are some little perks to having max but not enough for me to care. I rarely boss so boss portals are meh

I see a lot of people doing osrs now (I'm sure it goes both ways and ppl are coming to rs3).. I just can't get into it. I actually played those years and the game doesn't feel the same to me, it's just a different game with bad graphics and game integrity issues now
