A quest gives like 20k p ess iirc. You want to upgrade your wicked hood asap as that is free runes. Cash is extremely easy to come by in the late game. I have more than I know what to do with

Talk to Jack North of Lumbridge castle for some task reward GP. Other than that, get your magic up to 55 for High Alchemy, and get your Runecrafting up to make nature runes. Hi.
