Invention Perks - What's best?

did not see it said yet, but lv 20 items sometimes bump a tier 2 almost as good as a tier 3.
this is my slayer catch all 11 perk load out. everyone says I did it wrong to put biting 3 on the weapon, but I do use void sometimes, and I aint givin up biting. a lot of those tier 2 get a hefty bump at lv 20.

I have quit rsof because moderator found comments about darklight bonus damage on demons "off topic" for wildy flash mobs full of demons
