myself, coz i dont know anyone well enough to consider them an actual friend, and i dont fan boy fap over random strangers who happen to have OCD so bad they can chuck 20B logs onto a fire without getting bored

Y'know what's funny? I'm from the States, but because I play RS so much, I now naturally spell words like colour, flavour, favour, centre, Sepulchre (Heh, if that wasn't obvious), etc.

There is only a handful of names in this whole thread that I even recognise.
I am not sure if people are just listing their friends or if I am supposed to know who these players are.

Needless to say, I can't think of anyone who I would consider falls into the category of 'my favourite' (unless the missus counts) - but I have met some decent people on RS.

I think she should. I'm not one of those who are so lucky as to have a mister or a missus who also plays RS, and I think anyone who has one should certainly consider them their favourite player.
