i mean...yes its worth it....not only is it bis for everything, its better than individual bis..

the str/mage/range bonus it gives are higher than that of 2nd best (kiln capes), and it allows you to hold perks.

but in terms of time needed to unlock it, it depends on what you're going to be doing (and then willing to do to keep it) after u have it.

if all you wanna do is slayer and a few araxxor kills its not really worth it.
if u wanna have the absolute best damage in game, then yea its worth
