You use the xp interface,
If a monster drops bones you use bone crusher and divid total prayer xp you got by the amount of xp the bones are for example you got 450 prayer xp bones are 4.5 xp that's 100 kills.

If monster doesn't drop bones you do same thing as above but with constitution (hit points) xp. Just kill one monster look on your screen where xp interface is and see how much xp you got from a kill. When your done fighting divide that from total xp you got.

Cannon lesser demons and imps in the karjama resource dungeon that would be the fastest first one because you got a chance at 2 scrolls during the same time.

Fastest (if calculating with kc/h) would be skeletons and goblins imo, slowest mummies.

Zombie - Unknown (Pre-Eoc)
Abberant Spectre - Unknown (Pre-Eoc)

Skeleton - ~500
Hobgoblin - ~9,000
(Started actually counting here)
