I hear Skeleton scroll is one of the easier ones to get. Nearing 30k kc on skoblins without the scroll. Any suggestion on where i should go?

Lumbridge catacombs, you can get over 4k kills an hour with burst/barrage spells there

Karamja volcano where u can combo demons/imps seems to be most populated area for imps. I got demon first as well, then just ran around with momentum 1 hitting the imps

lol no, that's like saying they should lower the amount of exp for a 99 if a new skill comes out.
