That really would be pay-to-win. Once you start doing this, you might as well as use bonds to get kill counts and drops from high level bosses as well.

Im saying no because altscape is already OP and quests are a barrier that stop a lot of people from making alts that can do great money making methods that are locked behind quests.

To summarize I think it would be bad for the economy to allow this due to people using multiple alts to camp things that are high profit but quest locked.

Definately not.

Quests aren't played "just for the reward item", they are played "for the lore and the story". The reward is a little icing on the cake.

of all the things to skip with bonds, quests are the last one on the list....
