Never thought I would ever say this, got 200mil woodcutting a long time ago. Never thought that would ever get to 200mil. But was made so easy. I got 99 doing Yews, long before the easy crap came out.

First was cooking, can't remember last. It was either attack or strength. (I actually think it was strength.) (And it was. 99 strength and 2683 total 5/2. I knew I had that image somewhere.) Got Ralph at ~62.799.196 xp.

Woodcutting was first in 2008, then Slayer, Agility and Hunter were my last to max the first time in 2013.

First 120 was Dungeoneering, last 120 was Mining (then Archaeology, obviously).

My first 99 was dungeoneering in late 2013 and my last was (when it comes to max cape) attack in early 2015 - otherwise archaeology of course

As for 120s - actually not so sure - either fishing or thieving for the first one, but I am long not done with all skills in that aspect.

And 200m - just thieving a couple of days ago, archaeology will follow up as soon as Orthen will be there. Nothing else for a long time otherwise then. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2

Firemaking was my first, far too many years (and fires) ago. Archaeology was my last.

Similarly, Firemaking was my first virtual 120 and 200m. Archaeology was my most recent 120, but I still have a few virtuals to work through.
