Use dragonbane bolts, needle strike into snapshot with rapid fire (can do this with almost every phase) It helps to adren stall/build adren for kills if you want speed. I've managed 1:41 without dragonbanes. I'm bad and I feel bad.

If you start a kill with full adren, ds start and adren pot to snap shot that's p1 almost done, rapid fire p2, and you should be able to make it to p3 with ds still up for another snap shot. Can also use steel titan to speed it up even more.
Use an ability as soon as you touch an artefact.
Of course being on task helps a lot
