Quitting over an ALT account? WHAT

I don't know. I'm just angry at how incompetent some J Mods can be. Locking an account should only be reserved to when there's suspicion of hacking going on.
The account has never been under suspicion. I casually just emailed them to get the email reset and that's it. Locking the account is a bit overkill. This just sucks. And to make matters worse, I couldn't email them using the computer I use to play RuneScape the most because for some reason the form wasn't working with 3G internet so I had to go call a neighbour, ask for permission to use his network, etc etc.
And all this because of some stupid email reset request. Why did I even bother?! I'm on the brink of losing my alt now. It's my very first account.
The computer from which I sent the password reset form is a trusted computer according to the authenticator. There are SO many ways to prove ownership without having to go through that outdated, ancient form.

Was it denied or you're still waiting on a response?
Still waiting. I've always hated that password reset form. It was unneeded, I'd already provided more than enough evidence.
They usually get to me within a day, but I had weird issues too that still aren't answered
my authenticator was removed without me okaying it and then my password was changed twice (and twice by me after scan) and all they said was that the password changes were all by my ip and completely avoided the fact that my authenticator was removed randomly
