When I changed the email linked to my noob account I only needed to send a single email asking them to change it (couldn't access previous one lolgf) and added proof of ownership to to avoid the inevitable reply asking for proof and they changed it after that ONE email.
I had like billing information, time of purchases, time when recoveries were set, JAG etc.
I'm so angry right now. The Password reset form is ANCIENT. It asks for things that are impossible to remember such as 5 year old recovery questions, month of account creation. It's outdated as it doesn't take into account Google Authenticator, JAG, Display names, etc.
At least I inputted transaction IDs, last 4 digits of my credit card number, postcode, I do believe at least one of the recovery questions is correct. I'm unsure about previous passwords though. I don't remember if the two I gave are correct. I can't believe this though... I simply requested that my email get reset and now this... he locked the account. So incompetent. I'll be damned. I don't know what else to do and I feel helpless. If I lose the account... I don't know, I'm already furious.
