Says permanent rewards, which includes the cosmetic set since they're overrides, not items? Unless you lose them whenever a new boss is released (similiar to reaper title) and have to kill x of new boss to re-unlock.

Can still see it being a requirement though a very arbitrary one :l

Yep, toggled it on and off, relogged and toggled, still shows familiar options for everyone elses and my own familiar.

A friend of mine is having the same issue
