GWD is no longer a top tier boss. They shouldn't continuously buff it so it is a top tier boss.

They were planning on buffing all gwd bosses but making the correct prot prayer work 95% instead of 50%, they later went back on the protect % idea but forgot to nerf the bosses again.
Was a mistake
nerf incoming today or tomorrow (If there hasnt been already, idk just woke up lol)
