2h weapons are hitting higher than dual wield in legacy and everyone knows it's all about those high hits.
I hope they rectify this. It's killing my bank.
Why? That's how things were pre-EoC: weapons with slow attack speed hit high and faster weapons hit lower.
In EoC weapons of the same tier is balanced to deal near-equal damage with abilities since all abilities activate at the same speed regardless of what weapons are being used.
