Wow that's sad to hear. I had so much fun in purple portal back in the days.. I guess nothing can bring that mini-game back to life fully.
Player base is a bit too small to consistently have clan wars. Shame, I never got to try the new arenas.
I've seen a few of the new arenas. If you wanna go check them out I'll go with you so you can actually get into the arena. Couple of really well designed maps imo.
And on the conversation on why it's not active, I think it's a few things; Pvp is spread out a lot as it is, had to start from scratch and some people just haven't gotten to a level they're comfortable pvping with, and yeah the no xp waste stuff.
I have no problem with people being "efficient" but I just wished that people remembered that rs was a game and games are for having fun.
Also I hate that it's in the desert. Looks icky. Buying cave to put clan wars in.
