Spring cleaner...

Never used it before found in bank thought i'd... whip it out! and it is saying it'll give me bonus exp,
I dont want bonus exp i want the items,

How do i go about changing this?
i click settings and it just gives options of what to convert?

I'm a little teapot short and stout.
It's a glandular problem don't mock my size.

that's what i've been told but all i get is a check list of items to convert to exp :'(
