I guess I don't do enough high level stuff..? Just checked list for obtaining though.

I don't slay.
Drops from rare drop table are, well, rare.
I don't do Artisan Workshop anymore.
I don't use wishing well fruits.
I prefer plunder to pickpocketing dwarves/elves.
I don't chop elder (/any) evil trees.
I only catch Kingly imps when I see them, very rare.
Never killed Vorago.
The one piece I have is from a Barrows run; haven't been since.
I don't do bare-handed butterfly catching.
I don't kill Skele Horror.
I don't chop crystal trees.
