he was suspended for his previous 2? he will be suspended again before uruguay play next. i dont think they are considering whether to suspend him or not to suspend him, its how long should he be suspended for, should it be just for international football or should it be a worldwide ban?

Fifa has opened disciplinary proceedings against Uruguay striker Luis Suarez after he appeared to bite Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini during their sides' World Cup match in Natal on Tuesday.
