It's not even hide and seek because you just click "join" (teles you to nearest lode) and then "trial" them (adds a trial leading you to them)

At first I thought you had to literally go around RS looking for them but thankfully it wasn't that

Most others are good but have a trial system and/or do silly things before waves (like combat practices!) and so on.

I don't do any PvM before wbs though because they add very early and leaving would be annoying. To get added, you need to be fast basically or you lose out.
