How come the hentai ability doesn't flash when an ability is used but every single other ability does?

Goddamn it Jagex, can you be consistent about one goddamn thing in this game? 181m Slayer XP and 37,963 Edimmu slain for my Dungeoneering pet. Slayer is still the worst skill in the game.
