I don't know why titans have such a low hp. Steel titans had tons pre-eoc. Summoning is a combat skill on it's own, so steel titans should have maxed damage output or at least have the damage output capped to lvl 90 like melee and ranged.

When KK was released, before the Steel Titan nerf, the Steel Titan acted like a lvl 99 weapon.
