Sorry, I think you misunderstand.

I will never be able to find Jagex HQ on my own, I will need a GPS system. As this is a real life item, it is not covered by said offence which focuses on in-game items. I've lost my arrow. Have you seen it? It's been on my mind a lot lately...

I can see their frustration though. The requirement cannot be sped up in any way possible; it takes 32 weeks no matter how hard you grind it. Skills vary in time - one can do it in 2-3 weeks after release if they sacrifice sleep and other things whereas someone else may take months. The fact that you can't do anything but wait 32 weeks for this requirement is what bothers people. Yeah you can say ports is similar but depending on the requirement it can be achieved in a short amount of time + 32 weeks does seem a bit extreme. :P

I don't care what result passes but yeah.. I understand why people would be frustrated about it.
