Yeah ice you need to follow a specific rotation to not take too damage

It's Cade > Immort > cade > rejuv and so on I think

You have to ensure that you pretty much have 100% adr before ice phase starts so you can immediately barricade/immort

On trios ice phases takes about 1 prison or so and isn't really long at all.

You only need to shield ice and zaros .
