We have reviewed the name request you have sent us and we can see that the name is currently owned by another account and has not been released by that player so we cannot remove it and apply it to your account at this time.

We currently have a name release system in place that has criteria set to release names, we cannot discuss this criteria with you but I have a couple of suggestions for you.

Thanks for getting back in touch.

The parameters for releasing character names were the same at Runefest 3 as they are for all players and we never intentionally released banned/ offensive names.

Given the response and feedback that we received both from players at Runefest 3 and players who have written on the Forums and emailed us, we know that there is a high demand and we are looking into overhauling the system. As Mods, we want as much flexibility as possible to ensure that you receive the support you need.

If you have any ideas, you can leave your feedback here. It will be much appreciated
