Also, breaking news: Our source You Pick It states that world 97 is considered bad for training the arson skill. I am unsure whether this means the world itself is bad or not; however, its inhabitants do not need to live in fear of wildfires and the likes. w97 is indeed a good place to train Firemaking due to the Jadinko Lair on that world usually being empty!
