Also, breaking news: Our source You Pick It states that world 97 is considered bad for training the arson skill. I am unsure whether this means the world itself is bad or not; however, its inhabitants do not need to live in fear of wildfires and the likes. Though if Canada ever attempts to steal their identities they do not have the option of burning their houses down.

Strength, Attack, Prayer, Hp, Defence, Range, Herblore, Summoning, Dg, Magic, Cooking, Fletching, Crafting, Construction, Firemaking, Farming, Smithing, Woodcutting, Slayer, Hunter, Mining, Thieving, Rc, Agility, Fishing, Divination

2 parts of that I'm not 100% on. Hp and defence came within days of each other I'm pretty certain Hp was first though. And then Dg and Magic that one I'm not as sure about.
