3-4 years ago I had a horrible sleeping schedule, mainly because I got close to a girl from school and we'd stay up on webcam until 4/5am then get up at 7/8 for school. That lasted for months then idr what happened but we stopped. Since then I've slept relatively well apart from the couple of months during 2012 summer that I felt really depressed and just slept all day.
I know why I'm staying up so late recently, I need to snap out of it and start sleeping properly though.
