Only one that makes sense is RC...

RC has no high level methods except Runespan.

But Runespan is just Runespan.

That all depends how they present it. If they present it as something that was in this city prior to humans gaining access to it, then it wouldn't fit the lore. I'm sure there would be a way to add it in where it doesn't make no sense, Mod Osbourne is to be trusted :P
