I'm training Divi with two noobs who AFK too much, and one of them cuts trees instead of Divining!

Michael, do you play with RS music on? (Specifically music)... If you don't, turning it all the way on and then back off should restart the audio engine and fix that.. That's the fix for if sound effects stop working altogether, it may apply in your case
