I don't want him given the respect of being in a quest :(
In my mind he's never fitted in well with the lore and general feeling runescape gives either, it's going to suck because instead of getting rid of him we're forced to have another/more interactions with him. I'm certain people didn't bother reading the information, they just saw "KILL HIM".
