If Jagex abandons the same DPS for all combat styles with legacy then maybe but same DPS for all styles with old combat system is crazy. People went on and on about how SOA was OP when it had like 30% lower DPS than melee, imagine if it was the same. Scaling range and mage to the heights of EOC won't work and that is what I'm getting from reading the freds.

Personally I'd rather Jagex just stick with OSRS and add the bosses people love there. It doesn't take long to max an account in OSRS with NMZ. The only thing that sucks about OSRS is the graphics which I can live without. Everything non-combat you can just hop on RS3 and do.

Yeah it really is just a super momentum, which is why I'll still use EoC :P - Better DPS, better results.

I doubt the interfaces would even look the same tbh. They'll probably steal a layout from a pre-made NIS preset :P .

The interface will prob looks the same, but then you'll open the bank it and it will be blue and open a second inventory still lol, it'll prob just be a hodgepodge of nis/pre-nis.

This Legacy thing better bring back the old curse icons, or riot w66 falador :x

And tbh, I'm down for Legacy. I really don't see any downfall of it besides pushing back a few planned updates (LolWhatUpdates?).

They're gonna put it in beta first anyways. So if we don't like it, then we chose not to have it or tell them what needs to be fixed. So I'm all up for it.
